8vo (168 x 112mm.), first edition, first issue, wood-engraved frontispiece and 6 plates after Burrill Billings by Baker (with tissue-guards), publisher's green cloth, spine lettered and decorated in gilt, covers decorated in blind, yellow endpapers, green buckram slipcase, occasional spotting or soiling, tissue-guards with folds and tears, binding with some rubbing, spine ends a worn, upper joint of spine repaired.
