Goodwin and Charles Livingston Bull, original olive green pictorial cloth, upper cover and spine with illustration blocked in white, red and black, lettered in gilt, original grey pictorial dust-jacket printed in green, pictorial endpapers, collectors' folding cloth case, spine of dust-jacket faded, neatly repaired at extremities.
