Condition
There are some irregularities and cracks to the surface of board, running vertically through the centre of the composition and a horizontal crack in the lower left corner, some of which appear to be inherent. There are a few tiny flecks of paint loss and area of lifting paint above the centre of the lower edge. Otherwise the surface is in generally good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals pigments which fluoresce that are apparently the hand of the artist.
Held under glass in a painted wood frame with a canvas inset.
