Condition
Original canvas. There is a very small line of surface staining near the centre of the left edge, otherwise the picture is in good original condition with areas of strong impasto.
Under ultraviolet light, there appear to be no signs of retouching.
Held in a simple gilt frame with canvas inset, in good condition.
