- 16cm, 6 1/4in high / 15.5cm, 6 1/8in wide
boat shape, swing handle, each side engraved with a later blank drapery cartouche together with a George III silver cream jug, Stephen Adams, London, 1794, square base, engraved with monogram DM ; and an Edward VII pair of silver sugar tongs, Francis Higgins, London, 1906, albany pattern
Condition
sugar bowl: brigt cut border very worn, previous coat-of-arms erased and engraved over with a blank cartouche ; one small dent to one side, otherwise in good condition.
Cream Jug: one minor dent to body, slight wear commensurate with age, otherwise in good condition.
pair of sugar tongs: good condition.
