Provenance
Purchased from the sale of the collection of Thomas Henry Whittick-Kunau, Sotheby's 19th October 1948, lot 121 for £48.
Condition
The paddle blade is lacking and the handle is largely a restoration. There are a few minor very shallow chips to the footrim and a little rubbing to the gilding of the scrolls.
