Condition
The cover has a small area of regilding (1cm wide) presumably concealing a small restored chip to the upper rim (there is no evidence of restoration on the underside). A few typical minute chips to the applied flower knop. The tip of the teapot spout appears to have been slightly ground down and has no gilding. The dents de loup gilding around the teapot rim has some wear.
