Condition

The colours are much resher than indicated in the printed catalogue. Original canvas. The surface has recently been cleaned. Generally the work is in good original condition. Ultraviolet light reveals a few lines which fluoresce, but these appear to be the hand of the artist. Held in a painted and gilt plaster frame.
