Condition

Upon examination out of the frame, the original sheet seems to have been laid down onto another sheet which has been sealed into the mount along each edge. There are two small tears and losses, one along the upper right edge, the second in the reeds in the lower right corner, and one old vertical tear in the lower left corner. There are two old diagonal creases running through the girl's skirt and sleeve. Generally there are good strong colours throughout. Held under glass in a stained wood frame with a cream mount.
