Condition

Male figure slightly loose on case. Ormolu with rubbing, traces of oxidation and surface dirt. Lacking back cover. Dial with minor chips to enamel at winding holes. Patinated bronze with some minor rubbing. In good condition.

Symbolizing maritime trade, this clock is after a design by Michel dating from 1808. Two clocks of this model are now in the Musée Duesberg, Mons, Belgium.
