Condition
Pile ranges from closely sheared 1/10 inch to low to knotheads and minor spot foundation in foldwear areas and oxidized browns. A 3 inch repaired horizontal foldwear slit on left side. A small 1 inch repaired foldwear slit on right side.
Original ivory selvages with some losses and minor later overcasting.
Ends with original 1/4 inch flatweave and macrame fringes, small losses to fringes.
Remnants of old underlay stuck to reverse in a few small spots.
Supple handle, sound fabric, good overall condition.
