Condition

Pile ranges from near original 1/6th of an inch with scattered areas of wear, low to knotheads and spot foundation. Some areas of burgundies also oxidized down to knotheads and foundation. Repiling to oxidized burgundies, particularly at lower end of carpet. Small scattered reweaves in field. A 10 inch repaired slit next to the medallion. Some blue dyes running in outer guard borders. Repaired slits at ends. Sides reselvaged and stabilized, ends secured with a blanket stitch. Flexible handle, sound fabric, in good condition.
