Condition

To the naked eye: The painting is in overall good condition. Painted on a panel made with one non cradled plank. There are two vertical slits, one, in the center, going to the upper edge to the noise of the character, the second one, vertical going to the upper edge crossing the paper on the upper right corner (five centimeters long). There is a mark crossing horizontally the lower part of the fur and lower again on the lower edge. The painting is under a very dirty varnish. Under UV lamp: There are some restorations along the slits previously mentioned. Some restorations in the lower part at the level of the text. Some small retouching in the fur.
