Condition
Original canvas, which is a little slack on the stretcher. The top and bottom edges of the canvas have been secured to the stretcher with drawing pins and nails. The paint surface is dirty and the picture would benefit from light surface clean as well as re-stretching. There is some light abrasion to the edges of the canvas. UV light reveals no signs of retouching. Held in a painted carved wooden frame with some losses.
