Condition
This painting is still stretched on it original stretcher. The paint layer has probably never been cleaned and despite the fact that there is an extremely vigorous impasto throughout, there seems to be no paint loss or issues with instability.
The surface could be carefully cleaned if required, yet this is not necessarily recommended. In the upper sky above the flowers and in the sky in the upper left there are some darker stains which seem to be period. This is not to say that they have discolored over time, but it is possible that they cannot be safely removed. The painting is in excellent state.
