This painting is in beautiful condition. The canvas has never been removed from its original stretcher. The paint layer is stable. It may be slightly dirty and there seems to be a small group of losses in the upper left corner which could be restored. Any other marks which are visible, for instance along the top edge, in the water in the lower center and in the lower right corner, seem to be original but could be examined by a restorer nonetheless. The painting is in beautiful state.
