of circular form with shaped handle, the circular lobes decorated with brightly-colored flowers, peacocks and fantastical fish against blue and cream grounds, one lobe set with a gilded silver panel, the remainder with floral and geometric ornament against a light blue ground, the exterior of the shaped handle with conforming decoration, the interior set with the enameled figure of a dragon
