- Gilded silver, enamel

the vase of tapering octofoil, or star within a circle, shape, set on a domed circular foot, the sides with four arched panels enameled with stylized flowers in translucent green, red and blue foliage against a cream tear-drop shaped or stippled gilt ground; these panels are separated by ribbed panels chased with Russian-style flowers and foliage in high-relief against a stippled gilt ground, the lower band gadrooned with alternating tear-drop shaped panels enameled translucent purple and cream and decorated with filigree ornament, the scrolling handles are cast with decorative beads and pellets and with flowerheads enameled translucent green
