Description

the circular bowl enamelled in translucent salmon pink over spiralling engine-turned waves below a plain rim border set with three cabochon sapphires, the handle of faux coral simulating a toucan's beak with cabochon garnet eyes, struck with workmaster's initials and K.Fabergé in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant, 88 standard, scratched inventory number 15376

Condition
There are two enamel losses to the side at the base, the largest of which is approx. 11mm x 8mm, with metal showing. Otherwise in good order, and an interesting object. The faux coral handle is possibly a replacement.
