Condition

Very good condition and appearance. Some scrolls slightly bent. The wood back with considerable wear, scuffing and discolouration. Attachments pins lacking and replaced. There are two shallow chips to the edge of the inside of the glass. Please note: The frame was photographed for the catalogue abroad, before we were able to have it cleaned. Cleaning has revealed the gilding; the appearance of the object is now quite different and more impressive. Also, the scratched inventory number is now visible and is 6778.
