the baluster stem, base and handle cast and chased with rocaille leaves and scrolls, the two glass tiers etched with flower scrolls below dotted diaper, struck NP with the Imperial Warrant and with the mark of Robert Kokhun (Colqhoun), 84 standard, Soviet control mark

Condition

Excellent condition. The glass tiers are well-made replacements.
