rectangular with canted corners, the corners and borders applied with rocaille scrolls, turned ivory handles, scroll feet, struck with unrecorded maker's mark S.I.K. (Latin), 84 standard, on an associated base with protruding corners above ivory bun feet, struck S:G

Condition

Generally in good order. There are some losses to the applied scrollwork. Age cracks and discolouration to the ivory bits. Some minor nicks and surface scratches, as expected with age and some use. The samovar does not sit perfectly on the tray.
