  • diameter: 9.5cm, 3 3/4 in.
the glazed lid inset with a carved relief profile bust of Empress Catherine II within openwork rocaille scrolls, the side borders and interior lining of tortoiseshell

Condition

Generally good appearance. Elements re-glued, with some glue residue visable, and restored, including restored split at lid at 9 o'clock, and plugged split at side of base. Some age discolouration at side of base.
