the cavetto painted with the Order of St Andrew, surrounded by six pale yellow cartouches on cobalt blue with the Orders of St George, St Vladimir, White Eagle, St Stanislaus, St Alexander Nevsky and St Anne, the border with a shaped gilt rim, with blue Imperial cipher for Nicholas I
