the cavetto painted with an officer of the Horse-Guardsmen Regiment, the gold border centred with an Imperial eagle flanked by swords and helmets, the reverse inscribed 'Sous-officier du Regiment des Chevaliers-Garde', with green Imperial cipher for Alexander II, dated 80

Condition

There is minor rubbing to the painted decoration as expected with age.
