Condition
There is an uneven surface tear running down from the top left corner, in the lower right corner and on the roof of the inn. There is a scratch on the skirt of the central figure. There are a few minor tears and surface scratches in places elsewhere. There is a layer of surface dirt and the varnish has discoloured. UV light reveals some retouching but an opaque layer of varnish prevents a more conclusive examination. Held in a gold painted plaster frame. Unexamined out of frame.
