Description

Condition

The panel appears sound. There is a layer of yellowed varnish and staining in places. There are minor chips to the paint surface on the very edge of the panel. UV light reveals no apparent signs of retouching. Held in a gold painted plaster frame behind glass. The frame bears the stamp of A.Beggrov and also bears a Datsiaro label on the reverse. Unexamined out of frame.
