Original canvas. There are faint stretcher marks in the sky and near the left edge. There is a layer of surface dirt and some lines of dirt in the top left corner. There is a very slight undulation to the canvas in the top right corner. UV light reveals no apparent signs of retouching. Held in a moulded plaster frame. Unexamined out of frame.
