Please note that one vase and both the covers match, but that the other vase differs in the design and color of the borders. Covers - both have old restoration almost entirely covering the rim edges, presumably covering old rim chips and glaze fritting. Vases - the one that matches the covers is in good condition but has some speckling to the glaze and a firing flaw on the edge of the foot. The other vase has a restored over star crack running across the base which extends up into the body in at least three places and is restored over on the exterior with considerable overpainting.
