Condition

The base has been broken out in two pieces and restored back in. The break extending in a curve approximately 5 inches up the side of the lower body. The underside of the base is entirely overpainted in green enamel. And there is overpainting along the repaired area in the side of the lower body. The turquoise enamel has misfired or oxidized and has a brownish surface. Areas of the dark blue enamel appear to have flaked and been heavily overpainted.
