each bird with its colorful plumage patterned with archaistic motifs standing on a rocky base and supporting in its beak a prunus branch topped with a pricket and lotus leaf tray. Together with two similar smaller figures of cranes, late 19th/20th century.

Condition
The pair of cranes in overall good condition with only some very minor wear to the enamels and gilt bronze. It is possible that the stems held in their mouthes are replacements. The small two cranes; one with a loose foot on the base and some light, expected wear to the surface.
