the rectangular top raised on four splayed legs, painted in gold with butterflies, birds and stylized mons, the top of the legs, the feet and corners with chased brass mounts.

Condition

Lacquer surface embedded with impression of wrapping. Nicks to the table edge. One leg broken and reattached. Foot mount loose on one leg. Nicks and a small surface crack to the underside of the table edge.
