the ebonized quatrefoil wood base carved with oval indentions and raised on silver bracket supports pierced with leaves, each side centered by an oval presentation plaques, silver frame formed of rope twists and extending into central loop handle, the brown glass bottles of flattened oval form with small loop handle and mounted with silver collars, each with silver stopper cast as a musician, the bottle tags each with initials R, W, G, and B.
