of circular, scalloped form, with the Cyrillic cipher A.V. in ciselé gilt beneath an Imperial crown in an oval reserve at the top, the borders with brightly-colored interlace floral ornament in grisaille and ciselé gilt heightened with bright blue and set against a ground of iron red, black, and green, the cavetto bordered with a row of bright blue beads outlined in gilt and with a gilt band.
