80 volumes, 4to (10 5/8 x 8 1/2 in.; 270 x 215 mm). Numerous text and full-page illustrations. Half blue-black morocco over violet pebbled cloth, the spines in six compartments lettered and numbered (with year of publication) gilt, the remaining four compartments gilt-stamped with an emblematic figure of Punch, plain endpapers, marbled edges.

Condition

Occasional light browning and foxing to text and illustrations. A few joints rubbed, occasional light wear to spine ends, the spine ends and bands of 1901 volume nicked.
