Still Life with Strawberries: The canvas is unlined. The picture surface is in generally good condition. Under UV, there are no apparent signs of inpainting. Still Life with Cherries: The panel is bevelled on the reverse and is in generally good condition. There is a minor pre-existing dent above the glass. The picture surface is in good condition, with some minor craquelure - most likely intentional - in the dark background. Under UV, there are some inpaints along the lower edge, as well as a small spot in the upper left quadrant and some inpainting of the aforementioned craquelure. Still Life with Gourds: The panel is bevelled on the reverse. The surface of the picture is in fine condition aside from a pattern of deep craquelure that is probably intentional, some areas of loss along the upper right corner, and a coat of heavy varnish that has dulled with time. Under UV light, it is evident that the cracks have been filled in. Still Life with Peaches: The panel is bevelled on the reverse. The surface of the painting is in generally good condition, aside from a coat of heavy varnish that has been disturbed in the upper right quadrant. Under UV light, there is evidence of inpainting along the edges, as well as an area visible to the naked eye along the right edge.
