the scalloped circular base below gadrooned baluster-form stem interspersed with two narrow wood bands, the flared horn cup with two bands of carved decoration, the upper band of basketweave design.

Condition
Age cracks, surface abrasions, and minor chipping throughout. Possibly some sharpening of detail on top ivory ring.
