each with a stepped circular base on three bun feet, the plinths with openwork grills, one concave and the other convex, the columns of open spiralling form enclosing stems incorporating vase forms and openwork knops, each surmounted by a Corinthian capital below a pierced sphere containing internally-turned star within another form, one with sphere and the other a cube.
Condition
Age cracks to upper portion of one base. Both with hairline cracks on top of capitals and on spheres. Some small losses to points of spheres. Stem between capital and sphere broken and glued. One capital is loose. Otherwise minor surface abrasions and small chips throughout.
