Description

  • 41.3 cm
the lobed conical foot rising to a baluster form stem with two gadrooned knops, the bulbous bowl topped with a simple band, the conforming cover decorated en suite and surmounted by a finely turned baluster-form ivory finial, the whole gadrooned and decorated with small circular turned ivory bosses.

Condition

Small losses to some of the ivory bosses. Age cracks and losses throughout. Some elements of stem reglued / repaired. Some cracks consolidated with glue. Entire surface applied with clear lacquer. Finial replaced.
