the backrest with picket and pointed-arch shaped top rail fitted with Gothic-arch molded panels, two of which with a central shield flanked by a pair of armrests raised on tassle-turned supports above a trapezoidal seat above a conforming molded apron raised on turned tapering octagonal legs headed by quatrefoils and ending in circular toupee feet.

Condition
Overall very good condition; beautiful color and surface; two-panel backrest with a shim to the back to fill in shrinkage; overall with old bruises, marks and scratches; sturdy, some areas of old worm damage to the seat rails.
