with a painted dial inscribed A. Willard Jr., BOSTON, also inscribed in the center area Patent, decorated with a depiction of a naval engagement of an American ship with a British ship, possibly depicting the Constitution and the Guerriere.

Condition

Finial Replaced; signature appears enhanced; bottom eglomise panel replaced; with restorations. Lacking approximately 1 inch of the bottom of the proper right front foot facing.
