the upper section of the dial inscribed in black paint warranted for Mr. Jon Smith, the central portion of the dial inscribed Simon Willard.
Condition
Case refinished, appears to retain original weights. Interior painted black. Feet possibly restored. Foot facings cracked. Lacking lower bottom in. of proper left fromt foot facing.
