Overall in very good original condition. With light surface scratches, edge nicks and dings consistent with age and use. There are presently minor losses to the front edges of the stair treads as seen in the catalogue illustration. With a minor loss at the top rail element at the reverse of the top step. This is minor and once the stairs are placed in position where functional, the loss is not visible. The surface treatment of these stairs is detailed and presents in person with a rich tone.
