decorated with a scene of General Guo Ziyi receiving guests while seated in the reception hall of his palatial manor, surrounded by guests and family members engaged in celebratory and leisure activities, the reverse with a long dedicatory inscription.

Condition

All panels have chips and cracks, especially severe on the reverse. Some have areas of lacquer loss and repairs. Some of the characters on the side with the inscription have been lacquered over. The date in the inscription is 22nd year of [ ] [ ], guihai. The name of the emperor has been obliterated. The only Qing emperor whose 22nd reign year was a guihai year is Kangxi.
