The portfolio, comprising 55 of the 58 aquatints with etching and roulette (lacking plates IV, VII, and XX), 1922-27, with title, one sheet of the preface by the artist, list of plates and justification, numbered 209, from the total edition of 425, printed by Jacquemin for Vollard, published by Societe d'Edition L'Etoile Filante, 1948, on Arches heavy laid paper, with the Ambroise Vollard watermark, contained in the original orange linen-covered portfolio with metal clasp (55 prints)

Condition

In good condition except the plates with pale time stain, and a few plates with occasional foxing and soiling in the margins. The portfolio with wear at the edges and on the clasp.
