Condition

Overall the condition of the four bronzes is good with some minor wear to the patinas consistent with age and handling. Dying Gaul: notable wear to left leg, visible casting joint at left hip, fig-leaf missing. Barberini Faun: patina overall distressed, green and brown discolouration. Discobolus: notable wear to the patina at left shoulder blade, left arm and right foot. Ludovisi Mars: minor wear to shoulders and right leg.
