comprising a pair of engraved glass intaglio plaques depicting Napoléon and Marie-Louise, France, 19th century, in later giltwood box frames, a polychrome carved wax profile bust of Napoleon, 19th century, in an ebonised box frame, a small painted ivory miniature of Napoléon, en griselle, France, early 19th century and two snuff boxes one with turned hardwood with a pressed metal lid depicting Napoléon in profile and the other a gold-mounted carved mother of pearl profile set within an ebonised tortoiseshell box, circa 1805 (6)

Condition

A lovely group and very decorative. Oxidisation to wax profile. Marks to mother of pearl panel and cracks to tortoisesell rim interior on tobacco box. Glass Intaglios frame 21cm. by 17cm. Miniature 11cm. by 11cm. Pressed metal tobacco box 7.5cm. diam mother of pearl tobacco box 8cm.
