the oval cameo carved with Helios in a quadriga within a coloured gold openwork cannetille frame set with garnets, opals and pink topaz between enamelled leaf clusters, the now detached mesh strap between coloured gold leaf mounts

Condition

Some links to edge of mesh bracelet damaged. Indentation to one section. Central cameo motif detached from bracelet and tongue. Could benefit from attention by a professional jeweller. The rough reverse of the cameo possibly formerly covered with gold. Loss to green enamel leaf decoration in several places. Garnets well matched in colour. PinkTopaz with foiled backs. Opals white body colour, one with good play of colour. Cameo a little loose in setting. Scratches to mounting consistent with age and wear.
