Catalogue Note
Williams, Madan, Green and Crutch in The Lewis Carroll Handbook cite a publication date of 1912 for Frank Adams' edition of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. It appears Frank Adams produced this illustration as a presentation piece the previous year.
