la première à ouverture double, peinte d'un parc et de scènes de port dans le style de Baur-Küssel, ceinte de rinceaux dorés, les montures argentées à striures, France, poinçons de charge et décharge d'Antoine Leschaudel, Paris, 1749 ; la seconde également rectangulaire, peinte d'une rare scène de dieux de l'Olympe en habits contemporains ; la troisième, de forme contournée, peinte de vives couleurs à l'intérieur et l'extérieur de scènes de l'Ancien Testament bordées de croisillons et rinceaux peints et dorés, les deux à montures de métal doré



the first double-opening, painted with Baur-Küssel-type park and quay subjects within raised gilt scrolling, French reeded silver mounts, charge and discharge marks of Antoine Leschaudel, Paris, 1749; the second also rectangular, unusually painted with the gods in contemporary dress; the third cartouche form, painted inside and out with brightly-colouredOld Testament subjects within painted and gilded diaper (croisillons) and scrolls, both with gilt-metal mounts

Condition

First: some wear to gilding particularly at corners, crack on lid at 7 o'clock, some haircracks on sides, otherwise good condition; Second: some wear on base and minor scratching on lid; Third: wear on base around edges, cracks on lid at 12.30, 8 and 11.30 also on interior of lid
